I thought THIS was interesting. Also, was wandering why our University didn't sign it, since we are members?
Today I got a call from my Ukrainian Embassy for more documentation to change my last name. The good news my passport is ready, but I have to fly to San Francisco to pick it up:( This means I have to take a vacation day, which I try to save, because my mom comes to visit in September, plus I hate flying.

Your American passport? Congrats! I bet you get one of the new fancy GPS digital passport that were released yesterday.
I wonder why they couldn't just sent it to you like they do everyone else.
No, unfortunately that would be Ukrainian passport:( I am not a citizen yet and my Ukrainian Embassy has "special" way of handling things. Not only they are open limited hours: 9-12, but they also celebrate Columbus Day?? Our library is open that day, but they celebrate it?? It never made sense to me!
